What we collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account data — name, email address, and profile information when creating an account.
- Contact submissions — name, email, and message content when you contact us.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and actions taken within our products, to improve the service.
- Payment data — processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card details.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our products
- Respond to messages and support requests
- Send service-related communications (account updates, security notices)
- Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the product
- Comply with legal obligations
We will never use your data to train AI models. We will never sell your data.
Who we share with
We share data only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, payment processing, analytics), who are contractually bound to use data only as directed. We also share where required by applicable law or court order, and in the event of a business transfer, with notice to affected users. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or data brokers.
Retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account closure, personal data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, contact privacy@agent-space.co. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. No method of internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. Contact privacy@agent-space.co if you believe we have inadvertently done so.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
