Terms of Service

Agreement to terms

By accessing or using any Agent Space website or product, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to agent-space.co and all Agent Space products, including ArcGrid, Flugin, and GreyTrace.

Our products

Agent Space develops software products for teams and independent operators. Current products include:

• ArcGrid — A unified work platform for project management, time tracking, client portals, and workflow automation.
• Flugin — A Figma plugin for capturing and materializing live web UI into design files.
• GreyTrace — Gaming experiences and interactive entertainment powered by agentic AI.

Each product may have supplemental terms, incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict, product-specific terms govern.

Accounts

Some Agent Space products require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us at hello@agent-space.co of any unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Agent Space products to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Attempt unauthorized access to any system or network
• Reverse engineer or decompile any Agent Space product
• Resell or sublicense access without authorization

Your data

You retain ownership of all data you submit. We process your data only as necessary to provide our services. We will never use your data to train AI models. We will never sell your data to third parties. Data deletion requests are completed within 30 days of account closure, except where retention is required by law.

Intellectual property

Agent Space and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in our products, including software, designs, and trademarks. You retain all rights to content you create using Agent Space products. By submitting content to our platforms, you grant Agent Space a limited license to store, process, and display that content as necessary to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Agent Space will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months, or (b) $100 USD. Nothing limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence.

Termination

You may stop using Agent Space products at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these terms, with reasonable notice where practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including ownership provisions and limitations of liability.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
